We hiked down fro a hill to the sea for a couple of hours, climbed more than 200 steps to hermitage on top of the island and then back down and hiked up for another two hours.  
  1. Pray all the time
  2. Zero Stress
  3. Walk, walk, and keep walking
  4. Eat well
  5. Sleep enough
  6. Simplify life
  7. Remember lessons from past and good memories
  8. Enjoy present day all the time
  9. Plan future trips
  10. Have fun all the time
