We continue with our series of Guest Speakers in our courses at FCCJ. Ramon Molano, Regional Sales Manager of Superior Sewing Machine & Supply. He explained how his company, with headquarters in New York and offices in Miami and Los Angeles, manages all communications, orders, suppliers, and customers using innovative systems. He showed the different systems used to place orders to suppliers in the far East, and to attend customers in different countries in Latin America. It was a great example to show the importance of a supply chain system, virtual offices, and continuous customer service.
