Mr. Milton talks about skills needed in environmental projects. They include field work, writing skills, graphical skills for maps and presentations, client relations, and agency relations. They help private companies to comply with environmental regulations to limit the impact to natural resources. He shares how he learned on the job to improve his project and management skills and provide recommendations to future managers.
